AI Orchestration: The Edge That Compounds

AI orchestration: Setting up the supportive scaffolding around an AI system and enabling effective transformations to achieve a given intent set.

Artificial Intelligence Is Progressing Fast

The singularity, the temporal sector where tech progresses very fast, seems to have started this year.

From a pure pattern recognition and match perspective, AI models are superhuman, they are very fast, they can traverse a big data set, and detect a pattern at speeds faster than any human. They can create content very fast.

Orchestration turns model functionality into reliable decomposition, prioritisation, task completion, and verification.1 2

I really do hope to one day see fully automated companies and organisations.

Learning.

Problem Solving.

Communication.

Psyche Optimisation.

System & Energy Architecture.

Imagine there is a superhuman AI that can do anything. The key becomes identifying the entity set that is best at creating the contextually appropriate input word sets to enable effective transforms. Ideally invariant transforms that are invariant temporally and across sectors.

Why Orchestration Compounds

Orchestration is near-infinite in scale.3 Near-unbounded.

In the AI era, top orchestrators are going to be 1000x+ more productive.

I see agents as digitised psyche instances. When a person creates a custom instruction set, they are imbuing it with their psychic lifeforce.

One psyche, compounding into instancesA seed at the base stands for one person's psyche, and the instances drawn from it multiply: 1, then 3, then 9, then 27. Light passes outward from the seed, ring by ring, until all 27 instances are lit.

The Signal Shift

For centuries, economic value lived in crystallised intelligence. AI changes that equation. As models make stored expertise more accessible,4 the premium on crystallised intelligence falls and the premium on fluid intelligence rises.

AI orchestration is a very new field. There aren't any textbooks like in Mathematics, Finance, or Law. Everything is being formed and sculpted.

The problems encountered are new.

Reliable signals come from outcomes you have created: systems you have engineered and brought online, artifacts people can use, tools with useful functionality.

The best way to learn orchestration is to choose a problem. Deconstruct it. Prioritise the components. Create and complete tasks that contextually enable AI agents and AI skills. Run them against the problem. Verify. Adjust. Repeat. Every prompt is a rep.
